The inherent beauty and spirit of these collections is from the past - the wear, the patina, sometimes thread-bare, mis-matched, and missing elements. They are not defects; the same for materials from Mother earth. Nothing is perfect – and that’s the way we like it.

Expedited shipping is available by request for domestic shipping; will be charged according to rate quoted.
Tracking is provided by USPS/Fedex and you will be notified to the email provided on your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the U.S): $27 flat rate on all orders via USPS (7-10 business days)
Expedite with Fed-ex will be available by request for $55.
Duties and Import charges/taxes vary by country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do put ‘gift’ in description and have no control over what each country charges for the commodity and value purchased.

BREAKAGE/DAMAGE/LOST IN THE MAIL
BREAKAGE/DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Kindly contact us via email SHOP@WORLDOFBOHEMIA.COM with photos of packaging and damaged items(s) to document along with a couple sentences about the shipment and how it was delivered. USPS and FEDEX both allow claims to be submitted with proper documentation if damage occurred in transit. We will do everything we can to accommodate and/or
replace with valid documentation.
LOST BY CARRIER: We highly recommend ticking SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.
USPS within U.S. along with FEDEX domestic/international, both have tracking systems and show exactly when/where items are in transit and document delivery. Should an item go MIA by the shipper, a claim will be processed by World of Bohemia.
LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY AT DESTINATION: If the documentation shows FULLY DELIVERED, we are not responsible for loss or theft on receiving end.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the artisan nature of our bespoke business, our merchandise is hand-made from artisans around the world, we don’t want to promote returns that fast fashion uses as a ploy to get you to buy. We are supporting many families, villages and cultures. With our 3rd year in business, we honestly have never had a return and have had just a handful of happy exchanges – truly! So I ask you to think very hard about your purchase and the love affair you will have with it. Remember the cost to return, the fuel back and forth, packaging are also considerations to remember, living a more conscious life.
